Justin Sacoolas and Josh Goodman have been working together for the betterment of Community Associations on the Monterey Peninsula since 2017. With their combined expertise in Community Management & Property Maintenance, Clients enjoy a proactive approach in addressing the many faceted needs of their Association. The Company aims to be the premier Community Association Management solution on the Peninsula. The philosophy is simple – take excellent care of both the property and those who live in it.  

As CEO, Justin Sacoolas has been in Industry Leadership since 2012. Previously serving in Senior Management & Director Roles for three premier Bay Area firms. Working directly with these prior Company’s Owners has laid the groundwork for a deep understanding of what works for Clients and what does not. A natural part of being in an industry since 29 years of age, is that eventually, mentors retire, paving the way for a changing of the guard.  

As COO, Josh Goodman has guided Boards to cost saving preventative maintenance solutions as well as being a Professional that Homeowners and Boards can rely on to get their property restored/enhanced in a Craftsman like manner. From being a dependable vendor for emergency situations to a trusted partner for proactive planning with Boards, Josh understands what it takes to preserve and enhance property values. He has developed a reputation for addressing projects in a way that saves the Association money and grief in both the short and long term, while making sure the job is done right. Understanding the needs and potential pitfalls of a given property are paramount in protecting Homeowner’s investments and avoiding costly insurance claims and special assessments.

In this quickly changing industry where Association Boards are forced to choose between either technologically inhibited, ‘Mom and Pop’ firms on the doorstep of retirement or highly impersonal National firms, Anchor Community Management, Inc. was born. The focus of Anchor Management is to marry the best parts of boutique Association Management, with leading Industry software and technology. However, there will never be a replacement for knowledgeable consultation, thoughtful communication, and the ability for Boards and Homeowners to call or email someone directly who knows and cares about their Association.
